Paresh Chotaliya – Founder: Paresh Chotaliya, is a student and founder of this organization. After hearing his father’s compelling concepts, he decided to create this foundation to support underprivileged students for education and guidance. He has used his experiences in academics, his expertise in Speech & Debate, and his familiarity in volunteering & service to help students like him become prepared for life beyond high school.

Haresh Chotaliya – Co-Founder: Haresh Chotaliya is a physicist, educator and entrepreneur. His visionary ideas led to the founding of this organization. He is passionate for education and social services, with a special focus on underserved communities. He tutored several students in his college times. He worked at Indian River College, Florida as a faculty in the Physics Department.

Pushan Jani – Chief Advisor: Dr. Pushan Jani is a distinguished physician, and his strategic guidance and expertise have been instrumental in helping the Poorna Foundation’s achieve its goals. He is driving force behind our organization’s commitment to excellence in learning.

Tisha Patel – Director of Youth Impact Program: Tisha Patel is a student at Carnegie Vanguard who joined Poorna Foundation during her freshman year, initially representing them on their World Scholar’s Cup team. Over time, she has assumed various mentoring roles, guiding students to prepare them for the World Scholar’s Cup. Additionally, she has established a platform to organize volunteer opportunities for individuals of all ages.

Aman Chaudhary – College Program Head: Aman Chaudhary is a student at Rice University pursuing a major in Psychology and Social Policy Analysis, and a minor in Politics, Law, & Social Thought. Aman hopes to go to law school and become an attorney. His proactive nature has aided Poorna Foundation in expanding its reach.

Radhika Tailor – K-12 Program Manager: Radhika Tailor is a freshman at Elkins High School. She is detail-oriented and well organized. Her journey with the Poorna Foundation began as a participant in the Speech and Debate camp, where her passion for learning and teaching ignited. Since then, Radhika has immersed herself in various summer camp initiatives, seizing every opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
